Are we the best?
YES! Though we are not the biggest. At GCS we take pride in our cleaning crew's attention to detail. We train them to clean even the most meticulous spots in every home or office they service. Do you clean residential and janitorial?
Yes. Our primary focus is residential but we have the capacity and experience to take on commercial cleaning as well.
Do you Charge by Square foot or by the hour?
There are many ways to quote a house or office space. The way we do our quoting is by the square footage. It is the easiest as every job has its unique qualities. Call today for your free quote
Do you upcharge if my house is super dirty?
Although this is super rare, absolutely. If your home is border line hoarder house we will politely direct you to a company who specializes in this service. If we get there and the house is way dirtier than we thought we will call and ask if its okay to charge a little extra before we start.
How many people come to clean my house?
When it comes to the first time deep clean, there will be 2-3 people coming to clean your home. When it comes to the reoccurring cleans there will be 1 person who comes to your home to clean. We are trying to get new customers so that we can restructure the cleaning crews to be 2-3 for reoccurring cleans. But our people are trustworthy and do a great job
How long does it take to clean a home?
Typically the first time deep clean takes about 5-6 hours for one person. 4.5 for two people. Reoccurring cleans on average take about 2.5-3.5 hours for one person and 1-1.5 for 2-3 people.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We would be more than happy to send you over documents if you need them.
What happens if something breaks?
This is super rare. But in the cases where there is an item that breaks then our staff reports it to the leads and we report it to you and reimburse or replace the item.
Do we need to be there when the crew is cleaning?
We prefer that our clients are not there when we are cleaning. We are able to clean much faster. But it does not matter if you are there are not.
